• Sacred Products: Energised amulets and spiritual tools available for purchase via WhatsApp enquiry.

4.1 Booking

Consultations are booked via WhatsApp or our contact form. A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge your appointment in writing (via WhatsApp or email) and payment is received in full or as agreed.

4.2 Fees

Service fees are displayed on our Website and communicated directly during booking. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Launch offer prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Payment

We accept payment via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods communicated at the time of booking. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before the consultation begins.

5.1 Cancellations by Client

• More than 48 hours before the appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• 24–48 hours before the appointment: 50% refund or free rescheduling (one time).
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund. Rescheduling at our discretion.

5.2 Cancellations by Positve Spaace

If we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at your convenience.

5.3 Completed Consultations

Once a consultation report has been delivered or the consultation session has been conducted, no refund is applicable, as the service has been fully rendered.

5.4 Products

Due to the energised and personalised nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has been dispatched, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information (name, date of birth, etc.) required for your consultation.
• Attend scheduled appointments on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
• Use our services for lawful, personal purposes only.
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute consultation sessions or reports without our prior written consent.
• Treat our practitioners and staff with respect. We reserve the right to terminate a consultation if conduct is deemed abusive or inappropriate, without refund.

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, consultation methodologies, reports, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Positve Spaace and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written consent.

Consultation reports prepared for you are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared commercially.
